Wordpress.org is a free software which you can use to beautiful and professional looking site. You can design and customise your site easily with this free software.
Currently, about 25% site run using Wordpress.org. 
You can use Wordpress.org on your self-hosted website for free. It means you have to first buy a webhost for your website and then install the Wordpress software on your website to make it beautiful.
